Self Defense Training
Here at True Hero Training, we teach self defense that is driven by real world threats. We practice an unorthodox MMA style combat that adheres to real life threats. You will learn to punch, kick, throw, defend and more!
All training sessions are 100% private. There are no other students around, it is just you (or you and your group) and the trainer.
If you are looking for something more “low key” we offer customized training sessions. That can be anything from cardio boxing, to MMA circuit training.
Self Defense Training for the Real World
At True Hero Training, we provide self defense training that will teach you key techniques you need to defend yourself from everyday threats. These techniques are effective regardless of your strength, size, or previous training.
Not only do we want you to learn, but we feel it is important to have fun doing it! So we have designed fun ways to engage in self defense, all while learning the skills needed to face an attacker.
We also offer a more intricate self defense training that offers the use of weapons (rubber weapons). How to respond to armed attackers, how to manipulate weapons, and more!
