  1. Get Fit: The first step in preparing for a police or sheriff’s academy is improving your strength and endurance. We have created a program that is specially designed for academy recruits. This program will aid you in, cardio training, strength training, and other exercises you will face. Not to mention law enforcement special tactics, as well as tips and tricks for surviving an academy.
  2. Learn Self Defense Skills: Many police academies require recruits to learn self defense and close combat skills. We can prepare you for this portion with trainers who specialize in self defense as it pertains to law enforcement.
  3. Prepare for the Test: In order to graduate, you must pass the physical tests. We can help you prepare for this challenge with exercises targeting the specific muscles and movements you’ll need for these tests. Some include:
